US Citizen and Green Card Holder. No H1b.

Knowledge of tiered Microsoft .NET architecture and design patterns is required, along with experience designing program critical Microsoft .NET systems. Knowledge of Microsoft server products including Windows Server, IIS, and SQL Server is required. Experience working on complex projects is also required.

Prior experience with ARIES, familiarity with the federal Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program and HIV care management applications is desirable. Two openings:

**** One (1) Web Architect II, with effort expected to be about 90 hours per month. Leads web design and development effort. Proven experience designing program critical Microsoft .NET systems. Ability to lead teams and mentor less experienced team members. Knowledge and experience with HIVAIDS care management applications is required. Must work with project oversight team to plan product roadmap. Bachelors degree and at least two years of lead architect experience required.

**** One (1) IT Consultant, with effort expected to be about 70 hours per month. Implements and provides technical support for development, testing, and support sites for the ARIES project. Serves the development team as a key technical resource. Knowledge and experience with Microsoft server technologies is required, while knowledge and experience with HIV/AIDS care management applications is preferred. A Bachelors degree and relevant work experience is required.

**** Note: Hours maybe more but will not exceed 100 hours per month

Length of the Contract is One Year with Possible Extensions.
