Wait! But I work from home and need the computer to run the show. The title of the post may strike many as being dumb or odd, since we all know that 99% of the jobs that are done from home and done so via the internet. Well, that’s my observation over the years. So where am I going with this post?

Leaving the computer off is my biggest challenge, especially since I’m writer. I have to say though, that this is excellent advice. Since I tend to stay on for 12-16 hours daily, I get burnt out after awhile, which actually decreases my productivity. And makes me grouchy, though I won’t admit it.
